Montezuma Creek GP

An easy road through a canyon stuffed with rock art, dwellings and even a reconstructed kiva.

We only show a few of the attractions on this website.  Keep a sharp eye and you will see more.

All of the items pictured have waypoints so you can find them "easily".  Some are hard to pick out, but they are there.

Three Kiva Pueblo is what we believe to have been "reconstructed" by BLM.  Nevertheless, it is amazing to descend into.  It gives a good feeling of what one was like.

This big deer is hard to see
We believe this structure to be a granary.  There is one wall remaining of what might have been a dwelling higher on the hill to the right.
