North Caineville Reef 2.0

A short, enjoyable ride behind the North Caineville Reef.  Very scenic with nice color in a few spots.

North Caineville Reef

The first thing you see on the way to the reef is Factory Butte.  This is quite a sight and it is surrounded with soft gray soil in strange shapes.

Drop down to the reef and get your first glimpse of color.

Follow along a very interesting trail with weird shapes and colors, then cut through the reef to the back side.

​Cross Salt Wash a couple times then head up an unnamed wash toward a basin cradled by Wood Bench.
